Security & compliance
MerchantAI is built so that customer conversations, source content, and business context remain scoped to your authorised workspace. No conversation data leaks across workspaces or agents. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard controls. For Enterprise customers, the following additional controls are available:- Single Sign-On (SSO) — connect your identity provider so your team logs in through your existing directory
- Audit logs — a structured record of actions taken within the workspace, available for review and export
- Custom Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — a DPA tailored to your jurisdiction and compliance requirements
- Security review support — the MerchantAI team can provide documentation to support your internal security questionnaire or vendor review process
Annual pricing is available for Enterprise customers. If a predictable annual invoice is preferable to monthly billing, mention it when you get in touch and the team will include it in your proposal.
