Apply via Mantle

Submit your application through the partner portal: affiliates.heymantle.com/aff/join/21c149c4-2cf2-44ba-896b-3280aed528e1. Applications are reviewed against the partner terms before approval.

Receive your unique referral link

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link through the Mantle portal. This is the link you use in all promotional activity — it’s how your referrals are attributed to your account.

Share your link

Add your referral link to client proposals, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, or any other approved channel. Use only MerchantAI’s approved promotional copy in your materials.

Earn recurring commission

When a merchant subscribes to a paid MerchantAI plan through your link, you earn recurring commission under the terms of your partner agreement. Payouts are handled through Mantle and are typically made monthly.

Promotion rules

The following practices are strictly prohibited under the MerchantAI affiliate terms and will result in commission reversal or programme removal:
  • Brand bidding — bidding on “MerchantAI” or variations in paid search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Fake reviews — posting fabricated or incentivised reviews without disclosure
  • Spam — bulk unsolicited emails or messages promoting your referral link
  • Unsolicited DMs — cold direct messages on social platforms using your referral link
  • Lookalike domains — registering domains that impersonate or closely mimic merchantai.io
  • Misleading claims — any representation of MerchantAI’s features, pricing, or results that is false or materially misleading

Frequently asked questions

Payouts are processed by Mantle on their standard schedule, which is usually monthly, once you have cleared their minimum payout threshold. Mantle supports bank transfer and other payment methods depending on your region. Log in to the Mantle portal to configure your preferred payout method.
Every referral is tracked via your unique Mantle link. Mantle records the click at the point a visitor uses your link and assigns commission when that visitor subscribes to a paid plan, subject to the cookie window configured in the Mantle portal. Full attribution rules are documented in the affiliate terms.
Yes — custom promo codes are available on request for established partners. Once you’ve been active in the programme for a period, reach out through the partner channel to request one.
